Been a while.
Okay okay, so I’ve been an incredibly fat and lazy git and not added anything for nearly a month - does that make me such a bad person? There are plenty of other things I have done you could argue make me a bad person, but just this I think does not…
anyway, whats new? Sadly I have to confess not a great deal. Just over a week ago I turned 26. Not a particularly signifcant year (apart from the birth of my daughter!). But business wise it is not quite the exciting one I had planned. Lets hope this next one is better. I like to think I’ve learnt something… not sure what. Certainly not been as educational as other years, but it has been more succesfull. I think what I can say is I will take less shortcuts in the future, just trim down my requirements. I will try to free up more of my own time in the future too, I have noticed that what brings me most success is when I am working on a project, not when it is outsourced.
New Site
I have also “launched” a new site. I say “launched” in quotations, because though the site is live it has little content, and the design I think is quite shite. I am working on both of these daily. Anyway, make up your own minds:

Company Turnover
I’ve also decided to add a graph with my companies turn over on, this should give you a better indication as to whether or not things are heading in the right direction. Turn over obviously does not mean proft, but generally speaking for me the bigger the turnover the more money I take home as I have few costs. The next couple of months will be an exception due to web development on 2 projects at the moment. Next year I will certainly spend less on developemnt, and more on paying myself!
Shares have been very average, neither good or bad, my performance over the last 6 months however has been crap, so this by comparison is good!
